For me, dinners were about learning the correct portion sizes, because, I am lazy through the day and just snack on . But it says in the booklet that it takes roughly 6 weeks for true . But also if you can exercise, it would probably come off a lot quicker!! I loved the variety of foods on this and it teaches you to eat proper foods, and I used to avoid pasta, potato rice etc, but this showed me that you can eat pretty much anything, in moderation.
Also the snacks are really yummy, things like apple & cinnamon pancakes, muffins, biscuits etc. I also liked that they use ordinary foods, from the supermarkets, so when you are ready to, you can continue the same eating patterns yourself. Have a look at their website. Also, its great because its all packaged and delivered to the door, all you do is put the food away in fridge and freezer.
